1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Anchor Governance ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you submit and the activity of users under your account.
3. Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload protected health information unless covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement. Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Anchor Governance is a decision-support tool and does not provide clinical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends.
