Business Associate Agreement
Anchor Governance makes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available on request to Professional and Enterprise customers whose use of the platform may involve protected health information (PHI).
Our HIPAA stance
The platform is designed to operate without PHI. Our intake, scoring, and audit workflows are built around vendor evaluation, not patient data. Customers should avoid entering PHI into free-text fields unless a BAA is in place.
How to request a BAA
Email legal@anchorgovernance.com with your organization name, plan, and the names of users who will execute the agreement. We typically return a countersigned BAA within five business days.
